When running markeitng campaigns, we require access to Shopify stores to set up conversion tracking and verify it’s working.

There are 2 options:

  • Add us as a staff account. This will count towards your Shopify plan user limit
  • Add us as a collaborator. This will not count towards your Shopify plan user limit. To do this, send us your myshopifyURL and your collaborator code.

Access level: Please share full access to Shopify to allow us to complete this task without any obstacles. You can hold back access to billing, but please share access to every other part of the account.
