We use Slack as the primary communication channel for projects. This allows us to have a single place all information relating to the project resides and we can all stay informed of the details of the project. We request that this team channel is used whenever possible.

We’ve prepared the below instructions to make it easy for you to get up and running with Slack.

1. Accept the invitation to join our Slack Workspace

During the onboarding process, we’ll send an email with an invitation to join our Slack Workspace. If you already have a Slack account, you’ll be able to join the workspace using your existing account. If you do not already have a Slack account, you will need to create one for free to join the workspace.

2. Where can I access Slack?

You can access the Slack platform via the web, desktop app or mobile app – whichever works best for you.

It’s recommended that you download the mobile app to ensure you always get notified of messages so we can ensure streamlined communication.

3. Enable mobile notifications

IMPORTANT: Ensure your notifications are active so you alerted when we contact you via Slack so we can ensure efficient communication to prevent any delays.

  • Ensure notifications are enabled for Slack in your phone’s notification settings.
  • Activate notifications from within the Slack app itself.
